Just like chicken, there are countless amounts of recipes for pork. This one utilizes pork chops. It is served with a Teriykai type sauce.
Ingredients
pork chops
flour
eggs
bread crumbs
oil
Sauce: ketchup, mustard, allspice, garlic powder, sugar, soy sauce, hot sauce
Method:
Bread the pork chops first in flour, then in the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumbs. In another pot, combine all of the ingredients for the sauce and cook for about 15-20 or until it has reduced. When the pork chops are breaded cook in a pan with enough oil to go up the side of the pork chop, but not too much oil that the pork chop is cover in oil. Cook on each side for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with rice and a vegetable and you have a very delicious meal. Enjoy!
