As many of you know, I love pasta. I think I can have pasta for every meal of the year and i would not get bored of it. This recipe is easy and delicious. Serve with a side salad, garlic bread, and some wine and you are all set.
Ingredients:
shells
tomato sauce
parsley
salt
pepper
eggs
ricotta cheese
mozzarella cheese
Method:
In a pot of boiling water, cook the shells for 8 minutes or until al dente. Then mix the eggs, mozzarella cheese, ricotta, salt, pepper, and parsley. Take the cheese mixture and put enough of it in each shell. In a baking dish place some tomato sauce on the bottom so the shells won't stick. Place the stuffed shells into the baking dish and put more sauce on top. Bake in a 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes. Serve when it is bubbling and hot. Enjoy!
