Corn stir fry with chicken

Stir frying is a technique that I use a lot when I cook. I have a great wok which I use on a regular basis. This stir fry I used corn, onion, bacon, garlic, carrot, chicken, and green pepper. I first cooked the chopped bacon. I then added the red onion and cooked it for two minutes on medium heat. Then I added the carrots and cooked for another two minutes. The green pepper comes next and that is cooked for another two minutes. Then I add the sliced chicken and cook until its done which is around 5 minutes. I add the garlic and the corn and cook for another two minutes with soy sauce.
This just shows you that you can make a stir fry with anything you have on hand. I happened to have these ingredients on hand. You can stir fry anything. More stir fry posts will be on their way. Enjoy
