homemade fries

Everyone loves french fries and if they say they don't then they are lying. Fried potatoes are a staple of our diet and can be found across cuisines. For these home made fries I decided to cut the potatoes in wedges like steak fries. I cooked them in boiling water for about 10 minutes and then drained them. After the potatoes are drained I fried them in my wok. When making fries at home make sure to fill the pot half way with oil. You don't want to have to much oil or you will have a fire and will be burning down you apartment probably. Make sure to move the fries around so that they don't stick together. When they look ready they are done. Salt and stuff these down.
