dumplings

Sometimes I get in the mood for dumplings. In Worcester, there are not many options near Clark for reliable Chinese take out. So when i went to the store one day I found frozen dumplings and I knew I could make them at home. With the dumplings I boiled them for 8 minutes. Then I drained the dumplings and I fried them in a non-stick pan on medium heat making sure that they would not stick. When browned they are done. For a sauce I mixed soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha.
